This is strictly for out-of-State Residence who comes to MD to buy cars.

You will need the following to get an In-Transit Plate:

1. The Original Title
2. Lien Release if any-i.e if there is a lien on this title
3. Auto Insurance
4. Driver’s License—–MUST be out-of-State

Note: If you are coming on behalf of the owner, you MUST have Power of Attorney from the owner to you get tags on their behalf.

Note: We will make copies of all the original documents presented to us & will give them back to you.
