Tag Return

To return your Tags, you must bring:

1.   The Registration Card (Note:Don’t worry if you can’t find it)

2.  Tags/Plates with the Stickers

3.  Fill out Form VR-021-(Go to forms on website to download it or you’ll be given one here)

4. Driver’s License
